Welcome to Road ResQR (A Unit of Bihar Merchants)! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Road ResQR service, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any modifications thereof. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Core Service
- Road ResQR provides a QR Tag to be affixed to vehicles, facilitating three main functions:
- 1. Identification of vehicle owner for the purpose of wrong parking and his possible intent to remove his vehicle from wrong parking.
- 2. Emergency alarm activation through a push button on the menu, in case of any exigency.
- 3. Roadside assistance coordination through affiliated service centers in case of breakdowns. The above services are available through Road ResQR, only if any intending person on his wish decides to connect to the vehicle owner/emergency number provided by the vehicle owner to Road ResQR
3. Limitation of Liability
- Road ResQR is an internet and technology-dependent service. While we strive to ensure the reliability of our systems, technical errors may occur, leading to failures in IVR (Interactive Voice Response), WhatsApp, or SMS delivery. Road ResQR shall not be held responsible for any such errors or their consequences. The web-app is subject to continuous upgrade and hence the downtime. In such situation the services may remain suspended for limited time.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided during registration and use of our services. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Road ResQR.
- Users are responsible for the security of their login credentials and must not share them with unauthorized individuals.
5. Emergency Services
- The emergency alarm feature is intended for genuine emergency situations only. Misuse of this feature may result in legal action.
- Road ResQR endeavors to promptly notify the emergency contact number upon activation of the emergency alarm. However, we do not guarantee the response time or effectiveness of emergency services.
6. Indemnification
- By using Road ResQR, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Road ResQR (A Unit of Bihar Merchants, Patna) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms and conditions.
7. Modification of Terms
- Road ResQR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification through the Road ResQR app. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Road ResQR tag ownership
- I will be solely responsible for any physical damage / wear and tear / removal of theft of the Road ResQR tag on my vehicle. In case of any situation of replacement, I shall pay applicable charges as suggested by the company for the product.
9. Governing Law
- Any dispute arising out of the services provided will be subject to Patna jurisdiction only.

11 . subscription charge
- An annual subscription charge of Rs.99 / year will be applicable to continue to avail the services of Road ResQR.
