By using services of Road ResQR (A unit of Bihar Merchants) services, you agree to abide by this policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • The SUK once purchased from Road ResQR or any of its authorized entity / partners / employees / associates (including Distributor / Retailer / DSA etc) is not eligible for any refund / exchange.

2. Re-issue of Tag

  • Requesting a Re-issue of Tag (in case of any distortion on part of the customer) To request a re-issue, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. A Road ResQR tag may be re-issued on payment of applicable charges.
